Mommy's little helper

Here is Connor "helping" mommy make cookies. What this kid really likes to do is eat the dough as soon as it's mixed. We always have fun doing this together, though.

Here's the final product. They're way yummy.
Here's the recipe for anyone that wants to make them:

Excellent fluffy chocolate chip cookies
1 lb butter (4 sticks)
2 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c sugar
2 T vanilla
3 large eggs
6 c flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
4 c chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugars then add vanilla and eggs. Beat mixture for 4 minutes (this is key to making them fluffy). Mix dry ingredients and beat into egg mixture. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes. The lighter the better so they're still doughy inside. Yum!

These do look great! I'll have to try them sometime. On a side note, I love the pictures on your fridge! Some look familiar :)
