My friend Joi, the Queen of Baby Showers herself, is having a baby. Yes, a little intimidating to throw a shower for the expert but I wasn't alone-- there were so many willing to be up for the challenge!
Joi is having her first baby boy so the theme "All Things Boy" seemed to fit perfectly.
The party was at my house but thankfully, lots of other hands joined in making the food, decorations and managing other details so I didn't have to do much. All the work that went into that night really paid off-- it turned out to be such a fun evening!!

I am looking at these pictures thinking that I should be in them! You would think I would have moved on by now...but I miss you guys! You are right about Joi being the queen of baby showers but this one looks like so much fun. Good job! Fun to see faces I recognize!!
Ashley, it certainly FEELS like you should be in these pictures! You know, our ward RS did a picture slide show a couple months ago and there was a picture of you in it! I asked the sister who put it together if it was really you and she said yes- that it would be fun for those who remember you to see you in there :) You are loved and missed!
what a great shower! i was so sad to have to miss it.
